Nature of service

Site Cleanup is a lead-generation and quote-matching platform. Where possible, we forward enquiries to suitable local site clean-up contractors. Any contract for work is between you and the contractor — not with Site Cleanup.

No guaranteed licensing or insurance

We do not represent that we hold, or that any listed contractor holds, specific licences, insurances or EPA approvals unless expressly confirmed for a particular job. Any claim of licensing, insurance or accreditation on this website is subject to contractor availability and suitability at the time of your enquiry.

Hazardous materials

We do not handle asbestos, contaminated soil, chemicals, tyres, mattresses or other hazardous waste unless the enquiry is referred to a contractor with the appropriate licensing and capability. If you suspect any of these materials are present, you must disclose this on the quote form. Undisclosed hazardous material may void a quote.

Quote timing & pricing

Quotes may depend on site access, photos, waste type, labour required, tip fees and contractor availability. We do not guarantee same-day service and we do not claim to be the cheapest option.

1. Pricing & GST

All contractor plan fees, per-lead unlock fees and featured suburb fees are quoted in Australian Dollars and include 10% GST. A valid tax invoice is issued for every successful transaction. Prices may be updated by Site Cleanup with notice — active 30-day periods are honoured at the price at which they were purchased.

2. Plan periods & renewals

Contractor plans (Pro, Premium) and featured suburb slots are sold as 30-day access periods. Auto-renewal is off by default; you may request auto-renewal in writing. No fees are prorated on early cancellation, but you retain access for the full 30-day period already paid for.

3. Lead unlocks

Per-lead unlock fees (currently A$49.99 incl. GST) are non-refundable once contact details have been revealed. If a lead is unactionable due to a demonstrable error on our side (e.g., duplicate lead sent to the same contractor, or contact information provided is invalid), we will credit the unlock fee to your account.

4. Builder-referred jobs — commission

For clean-up work referred to a contractor through a builder-partnership introduction, Site Cleanup charges a 10% commission on the invoiced value of the completed job, calculated on the ex-GST portion of the contractor's invoice. GST on the commission itself is charged separately in accordance with Australian tax law. Commission is reconciled monthly against invoices raised in the preceding calendar month.

5. What we don't guarantee

Paying for a contractor plan or featured suburb does not guarantee a specific volume of leads. Lead volume depends on real customer enquiries in your service area and Site Cleanup does not fabricate, seed or purchase leads to meet plan expectations.

6. Contractor conduct & suspension

Contractors accepting leads through Site Cleanup agree to reply to matched enquiries within reasonable timeframes, quote transparently, hold appropriate licensing/insurance for the work performed, and not solicit customers outside of the platform to avoid commission. Site Cleanup may suspend or remove a contractor from the network for repeated no-response, negative customer feedback, or breach of these terms — with pro-rata refund of the unused portion of any active 30-day plan.

7. Contract of works

Any contract for clean-up work is between the customer and the contractor. Site Cleanup is not a party to that contract and does not guarantee the workmanship, timing, licensing or insurance of any listed contractor unless expressly confirmed for a specific job.

8. Refunds & disputes

Refund requests must be raised in writing to sitecleanup@imperiumtech.com.au within 14 days of the charge. Disputes about lead quality or job outcomes are handled case-by-case. Contractors and builder-partners waive chargeback rights where a good-faith refund process has been offered.
